Electric Soulside comes though with Convergence, another smashing promo DJ Set! The Hoody brothers have never disappointed me before, and I doubt they will in the future. Their productions are straight MONEY! Electro House, Breaks, Indie Dance, Nu Disco; they do it all. Go for the commercial stuff if you absolutely have to, but check out Electric Soulside for a deeper EDM experience.
Convergence is available on their facebook page by simply clicking the link anchored in this text and following the directions in the tab. It’s a couple steps and confuses some people, but I think the typical AM Souldier can handle a media fire link. They typically handle downloads this way, keep an eye on their page for more as they release several throughout the year. TBOOM!
Halloween Weekend 2011 was one for the record books. With Halloween falling on a Monday parties were going down for a strong 5 days straight. Somewhere in the middle of the madness we recorded a radio show and brought it to the people. Here it is in all its shining glory!!

Tigorilla took Light Fantastic from Plump DJs, slew it down, Moohmbatized it, and gave it away for free. Roar! Is that what a tigorilla would do? Roar? I guess a tiger roars, not sure what a gorilla does. Forums are no help. Give it a listen if you haven’t tried out Moombahton, this is a good started track. Find more stuff over at Tigorilla’s Soundcloud page.
DJ/Producer born in Chicago and raised in Hong Kong, London, & Shanghai. Started DJing in 2009 in Hong Kong, started producing early 2010 while studying Graphic Design at UIUC.
I started DJing when some friends and I started hosting parties in Hong Kong – we were dissatisfied with the generic club sound in HK. After taking lessons with DJ Katherine Cheung, I got a residency at a nightclub called Drop and began to DJ my own parties. After high school I moved midwest to UIUC, and have been DJing down here since. Currently moving between Colorado, Boston, & Chicago.
More from Tigorilla

Not only does Tigorilla have a dope name, and a logo that is half -tiger/half-gorilla, but he drops serious FUNK on this set! Nu Disco, Indie Dance, Techno, House, it’s all there and it’s all sounding crisp. We get some plucked basslines, disco stabs, crunchy beats, and all sorts of other fun with this one, check it out!

Coma Caaaat! I’m big on this one right now, love it, the Will Bailey mix of Coma Cat from Tensnake is today’s SOTD. The original It reminds me of old school alternative and modern indie rock, great sounds, old school piano, beautiful stuff really. The video for the original is equally just as beautiful, we wake up in bed with a couple girls and spend the day shoplifting and picnicing with them. Nice! This post took a long time to write BTW, it was really hard to stop playing the songs and stay on task. Try to play it just once, impossible.

New post from DJ Suga-Free!! Free BANGER ASS Dubstep tune!
Curiosity got the best of me. I’ve seen this Duck Sauce video going around on twitter and facebook and just had to hit the link. I’m a fan of A-Trak, Armand, and Duck Sauce, and saw a lot of other great artists tweeting the hell out of this video so I had to check it out. I was introduced to the song Big Bad Wolf on the Skyve Promo Set, but damn what a funny video! What can you say about it? After seeing this video you will never hear the song again without picturing the video in your head. I wish more EDM records had official videos, and try to post as many as possible. Hopefully Big Bad Wolf gets more artists on the phone with videographers and their buddies with a HD cameras. Big Bad Wolf is entertaining and fun, and shows you exactly how some of us men feel during a night on the town. Our pants are lucky to hold the wolf back.
